Countesa Hot Tub Review 

"We’ve always liked the idea of a Hot Tub but the cost always seemed out of our reach. We decided to try a Lay-z-Spa as a cheaper option. With no insulation and not a permanent structure this didn’t really work. So we decided to look into getting a real Hot Tub. After weeks of researching online, finding Hot Tub Suppliers seemed a real possibility that we could actually afford one. We read numerous reviews about various companies. We’ve always been a little dubious of reviews and reading the reviews of Hot Tub Suppliers was no exception. They all seemed really good and the name ‘Arun’ kept coming up and indicating how helpful he was. This really stood out to us as it seemed very personal. So, we decided to go for it and contacted Hot Tub Suppliers regarding our interest in the Countessa. We decided on the Countessa as we felt it really suited our family, and of course the cost was extremely good. We had a reply from Arun within a couple of hours. The reviews were right, from the very beginning Arun was extremely helpful and responded quickly. Over the next few weeks we bombarded Arun with ‘a lot’ of emails and phone calls asking different questions about the Hot Tub, the logistics of getting it into our garden and the general running of it. He was always very patient and understanding, never getting tired of our constant questions! He understood that it’s a big outlay and everything has to be right. The delivery of our Hot Tub didn’t go as smoothly as either of us would have liked, through no fault of either Arun or us, however we were constantly in contact with each other and Arun took a very personal responsibility to ensure we received our Hot Tub. We’ve had our Countessa Hot Tub now for a couple of months…it’s amazing! Every time we sit in it we feel so pleased we decided to get one.
