Couldn’t be happier with our hot tub from hot tub suppliers, the customer service is brilliant always fast replies and told me everything I needed to know, made buying it all really simple and easy with nothing to worry about. The 2 lads that delivered the tub were also spot on, nothing was an issue for them they just got right on with it and got it in even with some rather tight gaps.

They showed me everything I needed to know and gave me some really good advice. I was originally going to get the Duke but this was a long wait and Rebecca from customer service said about the Prince Pro which was a new model and in stock, she didn’t push me to change my mind at all and just suggested it but I decided to go with it as it also has all the latest components and I’m very glad I did as it’s absolutely brilliant.

We couldn’t be happier with our hot tub from hot tub suppliers and would recommend them to anyone looking to get a tub, you can tell their products are real quality and built to last unlike some of these cheaper tubs that I looked at with 100 odd jets the quality just wasn’t their compared to these guys products.
