I feel the need to email you regarding the installation of our hot tub.

We ordered this on the 1st June mid pandemic and expected a reasonably long lead time.  During the initial communications I found the team to be knowledgable and explained things in an easy to understand manner making our final decision to order a Prince Pro.

Whilst waiting for the installation I contacted you again to discuss the chemical kits and lid lifter, again very knowledgable and guided me through ordering the correct accessories.

The tub was eventually installed on the 15th September by Jim and Kevin.  We found them to be polite, taking pride in their work and nothing was too much trouble.  They worked well together and didn’t leave until near 6pm, a long day for them both, installing for us and another customer in Preston on the same day.

Kevin explained what we need to do weekly and also what we have to do with the chemicals.

Very happy with our tub and this is the finished result.
