This free service is only valid for manual deliveries.
Deliveries, when the use of crane, hiabs or other lifting methods need to be used, will incur extra costs.
The consultation/installation service is an optional extra where a qualified engineer will arrive to set up the hot tub & give advice regarding the usage of the Balboa system plus chemical usage tips.
This service is valid for all locations except Scotland plus non-mainland UK locations
After orders are placed, our team will liaise with the customers to arrange a date and time for delivery and also troubleshoot any problems with access to the location.
We have experience of many different types of delivery so we will make sure to give the best advice to ensure a safe and smooth hot tub arrival.

On the day before delivery, the team will be in contact with a delivery time so there is no waiting without knowledge of the delivery time.
On a few occasions, the only way to deliver a hot tub might be through using a hiab or crane.
We help in arranging quotes by using our network of crane & hiab operatives who will view the property & give the best quotes for us all to approve.
