Made from premium-grade PU material, each cover is built to withstand the toughest winter cold and the height of summer heat, offering superior resistance to UV rays, water, and temperature extremes — helping your spa stay efficient all year round.

At the heart of every cover is high-density EPS foam (Expanded Polystyrene) — a lightweight yet ultra-effective insulator. Its closed-cell design locks in heat, reducing energy consumption and maintaining your spa’s ideal temperature for longer. This not only keeps your water warmer but also significantly lowers running costs.

To ensure strength and durability, an aluminium alloy frame is integrated within the cover, preventing warping and maintaining a tight, energy-saving seal.

Each cover also includes secure locking clips for wind resistance and safety, and easy-grip handles for smooth lifting and positioning.

Designed with efficiency in every detail, the cover tapers from 12cm to 9cm, allowing water to drain easily while preserving its thermal seal.

What is the Radius?

The radius is the measurement on the corner of the spa cover from where the curve starts.

All square or rectangular hot tub have curved corners. 

We have attached a diagram to explain what the radius is for reference.
