Crafted from premium-grade PU, HTS spa covers are built to withstand year-round conditions, offering excellent resistance to heat, water, and UV exposure. Designed to perform in both harsh winter weather and intense summer warmth, the durable outer layer helps protect your spa while maintaining its appearance over time.

Beneath the PU exterior sits a high-density EPS foam core. Expanded polystyrene insulation is lightweight yet rigid, featuring a closed-cell structure that delivers strength, stability, and excellent energy efficiency. Its thermal resistance helps retain heat, reducing energy loss and improving overall spa efficiency. The EPS foam is also chemically inert, ensuring long-lasting performance.

For added structural integrity, an internal aluminium alloy frame is integrated into the cover. This reinforcement helps the cover maintain its shape while providing enhanced strength and durability.

Each cover is fitted with secure locking clips for improved wind resistance and safety, along with practical handles that make removal and replacement easy.

The spa cover features a tapered design to allow efficient water runoff, with a taper depth of 9 to 12 cm. This compares favourably with most spa covers on the market, helping to prevent water pooling and extend the life of the cover.

What is the Radius?

The radius is the measurement on the corner of the spa cover from where the curve starts.

All square or rectangular hot tub have curved corners.
