Hot Tub Suppliers is proud to announce that our Director, Arun Sarna, has been appointed as the new Chair of the Pool Industry Promotions (PIP) Committee.
This significant appointment highlights Arun’s long-standing commitment to the wet leisure sector and his drive to support excellence, innovation, and consumer confidence across the industry.
Arun has been an active and valued member of the PIP Committee since 2017. With his extensive knowledge of the hot tub and wellness market and his passion for promoting high standards, he is perfectly positioned to help lead the committee’s strategic initiatives. As the owner of Hot Tub Suppliers and a dedicated member of BISHTA since 2015, Arun has continually championed professionalism and quality within the sector.
Arun takes over the position of Chair from Mark Ramsden, Commercial Director of Complete Pool Controls (CPC). We would like to join the committee in extending our sincere thanks to Mark for his dedicated service and contribution since March 2024. His leadership has been invaluable in driving PIP’s objectives forward.
The PIP Committee plays a vital role in promoting the many benefits of wet leisure products—including pools, spas, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and wellness solutions—in both residential and commercial settings.
Through strategic marketing, media engagement, digital growth, national events, and strong industry partnerships, the committee works to raise awareness and encourage consumers to choose trusted SPATA and BISHTA members.
As a collaborative body made up of members from both SPATA and BISHTA, PIP is dedicated to elevating the visibility, standards, and reputation of the wet leisure industry. With Arun’s appointment as Chair, the committee will continue its mission with renewed energy and leadership.
Arun will be supported in his new role by Bernard Bell-McManus, Account Manager at ITS Europe, who has been appointed Vice Chair of the PIP Committee.
We are incredibly proud of Arun’s achievement and look forward to supporting him as he helps guide the future of PIP and contributes to the continued growth of the wet leisure industry.
