Of course this could just be a standard paragraph but events over the last few weeks tend to agree that we do sincerely try and make an effort.
One of the hardest and most over looked part of preparation for a hot tub is the access....how is the hot tub you want to order going to get from the point of delivery to be eventually sitting proud on its concrete base in the garden or summer house?
This area is often overlooked by both the consumer and the sellers, the consumer forgets as it's a detail they forget to analyse in their preparation whilst the seller does not mention it in case it puts into jeopardy the potential sale of the hot tub.
This week saw 2 colleagues ( people who we have been working with) become customers as the weeks and weeks of organising and discussing access eventually saw light with one buyer received the "right" quote form a hiab supplier whch we helped arrange and the other buyer realising a manual delivery could be made by the removal of fence panels which we helped with our interaction with email and our new SMS service. We do work hard to source good suppliers of both cranes and hiab and pass them onto clients , we then leave the client and suppliers to arrange a site survey if possible and also discuss costs.
If the costs and job is agreed, we will then liaise with the lifting company to confirm dates and times so the lift and delivery of the hot tub to the customers address is all synchronised.
Its sounds simple but not all lifts are straight forward and also some costs from lifting companies are ridiculous .
We help to find the right supplier but also at the right cost, there is no point in saving lots of money on the purchase or a hot tub to give it all away to and expensive crane / hiab supplier. All these efforts are made before a order is placed so could potentially be fruitless but it just shows with the right team work , positive results can always be achieved.
