All problems must be reported to Hot Tub Suppliers by submission of the Repair Report Form so we can diagnose the problem & troubleshoot the problem quickly.
If further action is required, Hot Tub Suppliers will arrange for an approved engineer to attend your property once the fault has been diagnosed. While we will aim to arrange this as quickly as possible, exact attendance times cannot be guaranteed due to varying customer locations and scheduling requirements.
If an engineer attends a call-out and determines that no fault is present or the visit was unnecessary, a £150 call-out charge will be payable by the customer to cover the engineer’s time and fees.
All repair work must be carried out with clear and safe access to all four sides of the hot tub. The hot tub must be positioned and prepared to allow proper inspection and repair.
If the hot tub has been installed partially in the ground, against a wall, fence, or any other obstruction, the customer must ensure that the hot tub is fully accessible for inspection and repair prior to the engineer’s visit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the hot tub is prepared for the engineer’s visit, with the maintenance access area easily reachable.
