It has now been about 9 months since we had our hot tub and we have not written a review because we wanted to give you honest feedback after many months of use so here it is.

• This is our 2^nd hot tub from yourself and if people ask me why did you buy a second from the same place I say :-
• The customer service is of the highest possible standard. Not once has Arun or the team tried to sell me a product they have focused on what we need and keeping checking on what we say this way we have had the best possible tub to meet our needs rather than buying something that’s not required.
• The follow up service we have had over the past 6 years has been first class despite living a few hundred miles away. Every minor concern and issue resolved with a short time scale.
• I have to mention Kevin and the team who installed our 2^nd hot tub in Jan 2022 probably the wettest day in many years. Yet despite the awful conditions they took time to ensure it was positioned in the best possible location and even moved it as my initial location was not the best, I can now enjoy the best position. Also the took time to provide both myself and my wife with clear training on how to use and look after the tub.
• I also want to mention 2 extra products the thermal cover and filter cleaner. The filter clear is simply brilliant the filters are like new after 9 months (cleaned every 2 to 3 weeks) and the water in the tub is crystal clear. The thermal cover and eco setting have based on previous years reduced the cost of electricity i.e. consumption of electricity has dropped and more heat is retained. Both are fantastic products.
• All our friends and family who have used the tub have commented on how great it is and we have had many hours of fun over the past months.

Arun, we can only thank you and the team for everything you have done and continue to do to ensure we enjoy our tub. We wish you all the very best and if anyone wants to verify the quality of your service, the tub etc then they are welcome to visit us or call us.
