We are grateful to receive all reviews & images from customers of their hot tubs and thoughts on the product and service we offer.
We sometimes get a sentence, a phrase or paragraphs which are all gratifying and make our work worth all the effort.

It was not fantastic just because it had nice words on the product (our countesa) and service, but mainly because of the time spend by George to construct the article and effort he placed on the attention to detail and dialogue of his steps from initial stage to finished project.
We are always thankful for all feedback from buyers as its take time and effort to contribute to the website.
The articles do help give the new buyers confidence in our work plus also the hot tub images we place on the site also contribute design ideas on how to approach the hot tub project .

This month we have launched a new fresh range of fragrant scents to add to the spa water. The 11 different aromatherapy scents will add an extra dimension to the hydrotherapy experience one would receive from a premium hot tub.
The BWA Balboa Water App has been updated with new screen images and functions The App is free to download from any App store & enables the user to control their hot tub remotely, this will enable greater hot tub
From September 2018 we are launching new upgrades to our models Hera Deluxe, Zeus Deluxe, Countesa, Baron, Duke, Olympus & Viscount. The popular models will all be upgraded from the current Balboa GS100 system to the new Balboa BP System
