This summer the hot tub industry leader & watchdog BISHTA launched its new website.
The new website is packed with new features to give consumers more advice on water safety, hot tub preparation & ordering.
There are also sections on efficiency plus a section which advises if you have a complaint about any company who might have given bad service or an unsatisfactory product.
BISHTA is the British and Irish Spa and Hot Tub Association, the membership is a select process & the ethics and standards required from a BISHTA member are amongst the highest in the world.
Sallie Leslie-Golding (BISHTA PR & Marketing Manager) who commissioned the new design of the website commented; “This is an exciting relaunch of the website for BISHTA, as the site offers some great tools, such as a postcode search for BISHTA members nationwide, FREE hot tub owners information and a customer testimonies blog, plus lots more useful free information for people looking to purchase a hot tub or swim spa.” Sallie continues “During the redesign we kept the consumer in mind every step of the way, to make sure the website is easy to navigate. The main aim is to help people to buy their dream hot tub with confidence and peace of mind, with the reassurance that they are buying from a reputable company which abides by the BISHTA Code of Ethics.“
