This week we had enquiries from as south as the Isle of Wight to the Northern tiers of Scotland. With an enquiry allot of questions are asked about
hot tub capacity, specification and costs but also another important question is the access required to deliver a hot tub.
When we are asked this question we discuss the size/ width of the gate, driveway, entry to the garden so we can decide if the widths are sufficient for the delivery of a hot tub.
If the buyer needs more help we ask if they can send us media to help us gain a mental picture of the home / business and see close up the access requirements for the delivery.
The acquiring and sending of images and videos has become very easy with today's technology and so images and videos can be sent within minutes to ourselves and therefore troubleshooting deliveries is quick , low cost and productive.
last month we had a problem solved on a delivery in Fife solved via a 30 second video where the delivery was filmed from start to finish so we could see and address and confirm.
This was sent to our email firstname.lastname@example.org via a smart phone and again was quick , easy and solved all doubts about the delivery.
We have also set up a SMS service for even more easier communication and images can be sent to our number 07740 900 197.
To be in a position to give accurate and fast and time saving advice to buyers without travelling , knocking on doors , giving extra sales pressure is a comfort to both ourselves and the buyer and is the reason the idea works so well.
This system which we use is a break from the tradition of a site visit where the main objective is to create pressure to order the hot tub as well as look at the delivery position.
Our sight visit idea is interactive , helpful and extremely fast, we always advise buyers never to order until all delivery hitches and doubts are resolved so again we have created trust with our buyer.
For all the reasons mentioned above we feel sight visits are better than site visits and will remain a strong point of our relationship with the buyer.
