The Spatex trade show made a welcome return to the Coventry Building Society Arena last week after a 2-year absence and it was especially significant as we had a chance to catch up with Jean Pierre “JP” Parent, the senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Balboa Water Group
The Balboa Water Group are the most respected and largest suppliers of Spa Systems to the wet leisure industry and we at Hot Tub Suppliers have enjoyed a very strong and successful relationship with the group over many years with the support of JP and his team.
2022 will be bringing its own set of fresh challenges with rising shipping and energy costs but with upgraded insulation to our hot tubs on both the cabinets and the spa covers, plus the added efficiency of the new Balboa systems, we are ready to tackle 2022 in the same way we managed the previous 2 years.
JP was in good form and considering the constant PCR tests he was enduring to travel to Europe from America he was in good spirts!
To maintain the title as the global leader in spa systems, Balboa work tirelessly on updating present systems plus creating new ideas to stay on trend with consumer demands and requirements. At Spatex we saw new ideas which included the BP heat source pump launching in autumn 2022.
